Fresh Cuts: July 8

Let's start with a peek around the farm:

The sunflowers are now taller than I am--they are making heads and there will be a few on the truck this week.  A few this week, a ton next week.

RT is now up before daylight, cutting flowers in the glow of a headlamp--he has to, to beat the heat.

Chantilly Coral snap

Chantilly Peach snap
The coral and peach snaps are very similar, the peach is softer and more yellow at the base of the stalk.  Very delicate.  The coral snap is a deep saturated coral/orange that flows to a golden yellow orange at the base.

Chantilly Pink snap
Raspberry snap

Chantilly white snap
Orange rocket snap--these guys kill me!  They are deep coral and orange, very rich.
White rocket snap

Sweet peas--pink, lavender and coral/vermillion.  I am ga-ga for this coral beauty.
