What's Fresh July 4

Summer has truly arrived and the perennials are exploding! We literally have hundreds of peonies in every shade--white, palest pink, deep pink, magenta and coral. The long wet spring was very good for the plants allowing for amazing stem length and blossoms. Here are some field shots, but always please check your email/fax list for full availability.

White Godetia

OMG--this matricaria, feverfew, is just luscious!

The campanula family is blooming. We have Canturbury bells (photo last week) and this little cuttie, Peachleaf Bellflower.

We have scabiosa in white and blue.

The Orange Asclepius is not quite ready, but I could not resist sharing. Look for it next week in full force.

I have extra help one day each week. This is the next generation farmer in training. She loves to weed and pick strawberries.

The Quaking Grass is so full and tall--our granddaughter calls it dancing grass, she's four and would much rather dance than quake I suppose.

The maestro checking his crop of delphinium, bellflower in the foreground.

Now this is my idea of fireworks--poppies and delphinium! Happy Fourth of July from your friends at Bindweed.
